Payment references: the transaction ID (TID) of your JazzCash, Easypaisa or NayaPay payment, or the transaction ID of your Binance payment, so we can verify it and credit your balance. We never collect or store bank card numbers, bank passwords or Binance passwords.

Messages: your support tickets, live-chat conversations and WhatsApp conversations with us, so we can support your orders.

Website usage: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about visits to our website (such as pages viewed), used to improve the site.

How we use your information

To run your account and wallet, process and deliver your orders, and let you track them. To send you order updates — on WhatsApp, including automated messages when an order completes. To answer your questions and provide customer support. To verify payments and prevent fraud and misuse of our services.

Sharing

We share only what is needed to fulfil your order: our delivery partners receive the public profile or post link you provided. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
